Ignited Math gives you a full-year, spiralled math program for Grades 3 to 6 — with every lesson, activity, guided math group, and assessment tool already organized and ready to go. Built specifically for Canadian classrooms.
You already have resources — they just don’t work. Your school or board probably gave you something. A resource guide. A textbook. A unit template. But it’s either too theoretical to actually use, too worksheet-heavy to be meaningful, or clearly written by someone who has never managed 28 kids at 9am on a Monday. You need something designed by a teacher who actually understands what your classroom looks like.

Pinterest. TPT. The textbook from 2009. Last year's unit plan you can barely read. You spend more time searching for math resources than you do actually teaching math — and even then, nothing quite fits together.
You have a sense of where your students are, but organized, triangulated evidence of their learning? That keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
Teaching two curricula at once with materials that weren't designed for either grade is not a system. It is survival mode.
You know your students need more than drills and worksheets. You want inquiry, hands-on learning, and real math thinking. But building that from scratch every week isn't realistic.
Whether it's a new grade, a split class, a new curriculum, or just the relentless weight of the job — your personal time keeps shrinking.
Not because you gave up on quality — but because you had a complete system already built for your classroom. Students know the routine. You know what comes next. Every learner is working at their level. And you are actually teaching instead of managing the chaos of a program that was never designed for real classrooms.
That’s what Ignited Math is designed to do.
Every math block starts the same way — with a short, focused warm up that gets students thinking mathematically before the lesson even begins. Consistent, low-prep, and ready to go every single day.
Every week includes a detailed, explicit whole-group lesson that tells you exactly what to teach, how to teach it, and what to say. No guessing. No gaps. Just clear, research-backed instruction you can pick up and teach with confidence.
This is where the real teaching happens. Every week includes four scaffolded small group lessons so you can reteach, review, support, and extend — without planning separate lessons for every group in your room.
Once a week, students tackle an open-ended math challenge that pushes them to think deeper, communicate their reasoning, and apply what they have learned in a real context. Engaging for every learner — and no extra planning required.
Four purposeful independent centres every week keep students engaged and working while you pull guided groups. The routine is consistent, the tasks are connected to the learning, and students build real independence — fast.
At the end of each week students consolidate their learning through a structured math reflection journal. It gives you meaningful insight into where every student is — without a single test, extra marking session, or Sunday night data entry.
Instead of purchasing individual grade level units separately, the Ignited Math Core Membership gives you immediate, complete access to all four grade levels — Grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 — everything organized in one program library, ready to teach from day one.
Every component of Ignited Math is designed with one thing in mind: less time planning, more time teaching. Here’s exactly what you get inside your membership.
Six complete units per grade level — each unit is five weeks of instruction plus one week of assessment. Every grade level was built together so the content coordinates seamlessly across grades. Split grades, differentiation, and assignment changes are all covered from day one.
Every unit is built around a big idea that connects the week's learning across strands. Units build progressively through the year so students are always revisiting and deepening their understanding — never just covering something once and moving on.
Ready-to-copy daily practice pages that reinforce the previous day's learning, build fact fluency, and get students settled and thinking the moment they sit down.
Display board to keep your learning visible and your classroom organized — so the routine runs itself and students always know where they are in the program.
Step-by-step video guidance on how to set up and launch Ignited Math in your classroom from week one. No guesswork about where to start.
Universal Design for Learning pathways allow students to demonstrate their understanding in different ways — without you creating separate lessons for every learner.
Everything organized in one easy-to-use digital library, accessible on any device. No folders. No lost files. No hunting.
Every lesson, unit, and resource is built specifically for Canadian classrooms. No more adapting American content or hunting for something that actually matches your provincial expectations.
Your membership always includes the latest version of the program at no extra cost.
This isn’t just about having better lessons. It’s about completely changing how teaching feels — day to day, week to week, year to year.

No — all Ignited Teaching programs are in English only. Madly Learning resources are created by English-speaking educators and we are not able to maintain the quality standard we hold ourselves to in a language we don’t speak fluently. We have no plans to translate any of our programs into French or any other language.
Ignited Teaching programs are built specifically for Canadian classrooms and aligned with all provincial curricula across the country.
Whether you’re teaching in a large urban board or a small rural school, the programs reflect Canadian content, Canadian contexts, and Canadian curriculum expectations.

Honestly? It could cost more.
Ignited Teaching memberships are not a TPT store. They are not a collection of worksheets someone made on a Sunday afternoon and uploaded for a few dollars. Madly Learning is a curriculum development company — founded by teachers, built by teachers, and supported by teachers — and what we deliver goes far beyond what you will find anywhere else at this price point.
Most resources on TPT have you clicking through slides, lecturing students on topics they have already tuned out of, and handing out read-and-answer worksheets on repeat. That is not teaching. It does not make learning engaging, it does not move students forward, and it does not make your job easier or more meaningful.
Ignited Teaching memberships are built differently. Every program is grounded in UDL, high-yield instructional strategies, small group learning, and research-backed approaches to teaching and learning. You get lessons that actually work — hands-on, engaging, and designed to help students build real skills. And it all lives inside a teaching system that makes managing your classroom and your planning easier, not harder.
We should probably be charging what Nelson, Pearson, and Scholastic charge. We don’t — because we know teachers are often paying for this themselves, and because we believe you deserve better than what the big publishers are selling at three times the price.
This membership is not for every teacher. If you are looking for the cheapest possible option so you can hand out a worksheet and call it a day, this is not for you.
But if you are the kind of teacher who actually cares — who wants your students to genuinely learn, who wants to run an engaging, high-quality classroom without building everything from scratch — then you are exactly who we built this for.
Rise above. Keep your evenings. Be the teacher others wonder about.
You focus on the teaching. We have everything else covered.
School licensing options are also available for multiple teachers. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll take it from there.
The short answer is YES!
Ignited Literacy is designed and continually updated to the current pedagogies for literacy. Our members can count on us to know what the work is, what the research says, and to deliver current, up-to-date content.
This is a junior-level program for grades 3-6. We focus on building and refining skills that meet the needs of this age group. We are often asked if we align with UFLI. This is a fantastic program, but it is also a primary K-3 level program. This means that in most junior classrooms, UFLI is not appropriate for students working on grade-level skills.
Our Ignited spelling program does offer remedial skill-building lessons that cover similar skills as UFLI (but in an easier-to-implement way and designed for junior learners – so age-appropriate looking work with remedial skills.)
Overall, rest assured that we will do the work to ensure what you are teaching is current, up-to-date, research-backed, and ahead of the curve! Without you needing to do all of that yourself.
